It Takes Time
The knowledge and skills necessary for a student driver to safely operate a motor vehicle will take time to develop. For instance, physical skills such as basic vehicle operation (steering, braking, accelerating and parking) may develop sooner than analysis skills like perception, acuteness, and awareness. And although this course will incorporate instruction on the importance of understanding the cognitive and physical skills necessary for basic vehicle operation, the instructor must be mindful and patient while teaching the lessons, as some may take longer than others for a student to understand and master.
