Necessary Documents for Your Permit
32 Hour Classroom Instruction Log (DL-91A)
This form may be required by the state when you apply for your Learner’s Permit and License. You will need fill in the Date of Instruction for every hour completed, but note that per state regulations, you may NOT exceed 2 hours of “Classroom Instruction” per day.
