In this section we will learn about the following:
- How to incorporate the Knowledge and Skills of Module 3 (Vehicle Movements) into a Driving Plan
- How to utilize the Driving Plan to develop and sustain legal and responsible reduced risk driving practices in the HTS

Driving Plan
Have the student explain how implementing the skills learned in Module 3 (Vehicle Movements), will help reduce the social (human, financial & property) costs of motor vehicle traffic crashes, deaths and injuries, by implementing effective highway safety countermeasures and changing the current driving culture to one that emphasizes safety, economy and civility.
Safety
Legal and responsible reduced risk driving practices
Economy
Consumer responsibility, conservation, environmental protection and litter prevention
Civility
Be respectful and courteous towards others and share the road with all roadway users; i.e. pedestrians, motorcyclists, bicyclists, trucks, construction workers, animals, trains, etc...
Driving Plan
The student should enter the following into their Driving Plan and complete the statements:
Safety
